The team's opinion: The Greenhouse Sonic Orb is a very organic and terribly endearing phaser. The Israeli brand Greenhouse Effects has accustomed us to boutique effects pedals of very high quality and rather original. The Sonic Orb is no exception to the rule.

Its 4 knobs will allow you an optimal control of the effect. In addition to the traditional Depth and Rate, there is a Volume and a Q. As you will have understood, the volume allows you to manage the volume of the effect, something very significant with this type of modulation. Indeed, most phaser and other vibrato tend to lower the overall volume.

Thanks to this volume knob you can raise the level and even use it as a boost. The Q knob is the big originality of the pedal!

With the latter you can choose the frequency range affected by the phaser effect! This will allow you to adapt the modulation according to your guitar and amp couple.

The Greenhouse Sonic Orb is a very interesting phaser pedal that will appeal to fans of alternative rock. This is a rather rare model on the second-hand market. A very good alternative to Tortuga Effects Standard Issue.
