The opinion of the team: Many brands have tried to emulate, with varying degrees of success, the legendary TS9 from Ibanez. Others have instead decided to offer a version with its own personality. This is the case with this Lovepedal Valve Reamer. Behind its very inspired design, this effect pedal has a character of its own. In boost mode, it is very close to the original, with more sustained bass and a real bypass. However, where the latter stands out is when used as a saturation. Gain below noon, it will deliver a vintage Crunch but terribly effective for Rock. Push the gain further and it's a surprise: This Valve Reamer offers a rich saturation close to a distortion pedal while retaining the characteristics of an overdrive. Basically, a modernized TS9 on steroids approaching the excellent Signa Drive from Cmatmods. This effect pedal is in near new condition and is starting to become rare on the used market.
