The team's opinion: This is the pedal you don't want to part with. The Old Blood Noise Minim is a UFO, but a UFO that feels pretty good in this saturated boutique landscape. So let's break the suspense right away, ladies and gentlemen, this is a digital reverb/delay. Here, given the possibilities it would have been impossible to make full analog.
Well things being said we will be able to look at these 2 effects in 1 (which you will see are usable together).
The reverb, first of all! So if you are looking for a discreet and vintage effect you can already turn to other references. The Minim is more of the type to offer perched reverb effects (Shimmer all that), ideal for ambient music or extremely long pads at the limit of the synth. In the reverb position, the modulation knob will allow you to “deteriorate the signal” until you obtain a tremolo effect!
Delay is just as interesting as reverb. It is possible to push it for a long time and have a relatively long reverberation time.
But the magic of this pedal is the “Blend” knob which will allow you to mix the reverb and the delay!! Thanks to this it is possible to widen the sound, simulating an almost stereo. However, depending on how you gauge the effects, it is important to use the “order” switch. The latter will allow you to put the delay first or the reverb first.
Finally, last very interesting feature, the “reverse” switch which will allow you to extract only the Wet signal from the pedal. Just to make the sounds even more special! Find our effects pedals in action on our channel Youtube.
