the team's opinion: Ah, the T-Rex effects pedals of the early 2000s… It was still the time when these were made in Denmark and considered high-end products. The Dr Swamp is a rather atypical model, a double overdrive allowing you to go from the wisest Crunch to Brown Sound typed saturation! Although the Tone knob is common to both channels, the gain course allows you to refine your sound in an interesting way. We can imagine using Channel A for rhythm and B for a Lead/Solo sound! Relatively transparent (but not devoid of character), the T-Rex Dr Swamp respects and preserves the sound of the guitar you plug in. Small bonus, it can also be used as a boost on an already saturated channel, making it very versatile. Although the headroom is important, this distortion pedal is not a priori indicated for modern metal.
