Today we present to you an extremely rare copy of Super Duper 2 in 1 Handpainted! Yes hand painted! Which means that it is a USA model, made entirely by hand. You should know that following the success of the brand, Zvex effects pedals are no longer hand painted (except custom order). As a result, this copy is very rare. The pedal presented today dates from 2008 and is signed by “Shandy”. The Super Duper is a clever mix of preamp, boost and overdrive! Depending on the configuration it is possible to use it as a transparent clean boost or on the contrary as a very colorful angry drive. The brand's philosophy is simple: Experiment! This pedal is the perfect example. The knobs, seemingly simplistic, are actually very precise. Thanks to the 2 circuits the Super Duper is at ease in 2 numerous registers. Attention, there is no external power supply! Like the old Fuzz, this pedal is only powered by a 9V rectangular battery. Rest assured, the lifespan is substantial. The model we have here (see photos) has small paint chips (unfortunately the weak point of the ZVEX of the time) but no recess or internal problem. The on-board circuit is a marvel. We never tire.
